Shipping Info
We ship free on all standard ground orders to the U.S. over $79.
Domestic and Canadian Orders Only
Most all domestic orders are processed and ship directly from our supplier factories in Arkansas or Florida within 2 business days from when the order was placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
For rush orders using Federal Express or expedited shipping, normal shipping fees apply. All next day orders must be received by 10 AM EST the day before delivery.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order.
There may be times when your order arrives in different packages because they come from different supplier factories, (i.e. Kerusso, Gardenfire, Eternal Light, etc.)
Most USPS-shipped products are sent either as First Class or Priority mail. If it's one product, it will be usually be First Class Mail. Multiple products usually come by Priority Mail. You should expect delivery at your door within 7-9 days of the ship date, if not sooner, by either method.
USPS orders do not have a tracking number and are not covered by insurance.
We also ship via Federal Express (FedEx). At checkout, you can select 1, 2 or 3 day FedEx delivery. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx will NOT ship to a Post Office Box. If you use a Post Office Box, you must select ground USPS shipping. FedEx orders must be received by us by 10 AM EST the day before to ship same day.
All shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by items and weight.
We DO ship to Canada, but Canada must be selected as the country in the checkout process. Since packages cannot be traced outside the United States, customer assumes all risk.Loss rate on packages shipped from the US to Canada via US Postal service is about 1%.
International Orders
We do not ship to non-U.S. destinations, nor do we process orders originating overseas. We are sorry that we can not provide this to international customers but because of ongoing and growing fraud problems involving international orders we are unable to sell overseas.
