Domestic Orders Most all domestic orders are processed and ship directly from our supplier factories in Arkansas or Florida within 2 business days from when the order was placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). There may be times when your order arrives in two different packages because they come from different factories. Our standard domestic Ground Shipping is by the United States Postal Service. Most USPS-shipped products are sent either as First Class or Priority mail. If it's one product, it will be usually be First Class Mail. Multiple products usually come by Priority Mail. You should expect delivery at your door within 7-9 days of the ship date, if not sooner, by either method. USPS orders do not have a tracking number and are not covered by insurance. We also ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout, you can select 1, 2 or 3 day UPS delivery. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will NOT ship to a Post Office Box. If you use a Post Office Box, you must select ground USPS shipping. All shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by items and weight.
